"We recently built a home with Sperka construction in Lemont. We had built two other homes in the past and we knew the pitfalls and problems that awaited us. NONE of those things happened in our build with the owner, Wally Sperka.
In the planning stages of visiting architects and discussing materials, Wally was with us in person to make sure we were happy with the plans on paper before we started. He was our expert voice with all of the people we dealt with from the architect to the village of Lemont to each and every person working on site. Every aspect of the house and materials was discussed from the roof to the basement and everything in between.
The quality of the materials, the care of his subcontractors and the overall care and supervision that Wally lent to our project was overwhelming. Wally is on site every day making sure all of the details we talked about were carried out.
